Event Planning Resources

Audio/Visual Services

If you want images captured of your event, contact University Photo Services to schedule a photographer. Keep in mind what part of your event you want images; do you want the photographer to stay for the entire event; what will the backdrop be; do you have specific guests you need photographed. It’s very helpful for the Photo Services team to have an event run-of-show in your pre-planning.

University Catering provides a full range of culinary and service on or off campus. Keep in mind the time of day and guest expectations for your event to plan food and beverage accordingly. Consider dietary and allergy concerns. If you are serving alcoholic beverages, contact University Catering to apply for an alcohol permit no less than 1-month before your event. Be aware of University Policies with meals and refreshments.
